We typically ask our clients to plan as far in advance as possible -the standard time is 6 months. During the summer months, our events can book out 12 months in advance.

Just send us your enquiry and we will let you know our availability. We do set a max for events per weekend based on each of their installation needs. Yes, we handle the setup and take down of the draping to ensure it is done properly and safely. We do not hire out our draping for DIY’s.

Our cancellation policy in case of unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel or reschedule your event will be in your contract or we are happy to discuss it with you prior to your booking.
